Ian Bauckham, head of Ofqual, England's qualifications watchdog, has raised concerns about the potential for wearable technology to exacerbate cheating in exams. "AI-generated content is getting harder and harder to detect," Bauckham says. "We're exploring options to ensure the authenticity of student work, from increased referencing requirements to potentially removing coursework altogether."
